A wellbeing retreat at a stunning beach house on South Devon Coast, created for women who feel they need a kick start and want to get their mojo back, to reach their full potential.

The retreat is an opportunity to reenergise with Superfood nutrition, juice and exercise and to refocus the mind to gain back clarity with meditation, yoga and mindfulness techniques.

The luxury beach property is moments from sandy beaches and invigorating sea air making it a perfect venue whatever the season. There are three accommodation options and you can opt to take part in the retreat and to travel daily, or stay in other local accommodation. Various dates throughout September and October.

You may prefer a wellbeing retreat amidst the beautiful Northumberland Moors. Orchard House near Hexham, Northumberland is a fabulously refurbished 300-year-old, stone-built lead miner’s cottage. Beautifully wild and natural, furnished in traditional style with a gorgeously cosy wood burning fireplace and magnificent, panoramic views from just about every window.

This retreat also focuses on healthy eating, exercise, confidence building, gratitude, positive thought, meditation, vision board creation and mindfulness techniques.

There is a choice of two accommodation options. Fabulous activities are planned from morning through to the evening and you’ll feel reenergised and refocused.

Fitness Plan

Sandra has delivered thousands of classes in dozens of genres and worked with individuals from all over the world. Her Heart and Sole Fitness Plan is a detailed daily plan of activity aimed at achieving a specific goal. The plans are super easy to follow at home to really fire up an interest in getting fitter.

Sandra encourages clients to set specific, performance-based goals rather than those relating to appearance – these goals are much easier to adhere to and plans are very personal to each individual’s needs and desires.

The plan is broken down into daily activities with specific teaching points on all exercises and moves. One to one sessions can also be booked for extra guidance and motivation.
