If there's anyone I know who's good at communicating her message it's Radio 2's Janey Lee Grace.
I had the pleasure of working with Janey on my first book 4 years ago and since then she's over taken my 3, by bringing out her fourth on 5th March!
Her energy, enthusiasm and passion about all her holistic products is incredible and she puts part of her success down to being able to communicate that message really well, so I'll let Janey do what she does best and explain the rest herself...
1. What talent do you have that makes you successful?
I realised early on I was quite good at
communicating / showing off! I sang a song in Sunday school aged 3 and got a
prize so that was a great incentive - I suppose I've been showing off ever
since.
2. When did you realise that talent was going to help you and how do you use it?
I'm very good at persuading people to my way of
thinking! A kind of 'nice' bullying really! I am so very passionate about what
I believe in, I genuinely want to share it with everyone. I suppose I use that
passion and energy to encourage people to live more holistically through my
books and and website and because I'm very 'real' and not at all preachy most people trust me and feel they can take my recommendations. In short
I'd make a good 'sales' person I guess, and mostly its about selling myself and
my ideas which in turn benefit health wellbeing and the planet - but remember
the Imperfectly Natural bit of my title - I don't get everything
right!
