It can protect us against bacteria and infections. It heals, moisturizes and protects all skin types – make it raw organic extra virgin coconut oil.

3 teaspoons coconut oil

1 tablespoon yoghurt

1 tablespoon of Dead Sea salt or Himalayan salt

Simply mix to a paste, apply and rinse off with water.
