Make sure you check out my UK Health Radio interview with Mike Booth the founder & innovator of AEOS Skincare and visionary behind Aura-Soma Colour Care system.
I’ve long been aware of Aura-Soma colours and AEOS skincare (which stands for active energised organic skincare) and knew that they grew their ingredients on their farm in the UK, but I hadn’t realised just how seriously they take the Bio Dynamic farming principles.
They practice the traditional methods of Bio Dynamics, and then expand on them. Copper ploughs are used, and Mike explained to me that chakra paths are created across the landscape and human sized crystals are placed at key chakra points. He described the ‘golden area’ which represents the third chakra where the calendula grows, you can just imagine how gorgeous that looks! He also described how the Rosemary that grows on the farm was originally brought by the original creator of Aura-Soma Vicky Wall from Gethsemane.
They don’t just use any water either, Mike is passionate about energised water and explained how they have a special system that changes the molecular structure of the water.
The Spelt oil used in AEOS skincare is produced from the Bio Dynamic spelt grain grown on the farm, and the “healing” properties for the skin are incredible. Mike explains in the interview his views on gluten intolerances which are often not an allergic reaction to the gluten but to how the gluten is balanced in the grain. Spelt is an ancient grain and without doubt newer grains have resulted in more allergic reactions.
Spelt oil which is used in much of the AEOS skincare is packed with regenerative, antioxidant and moisturising properties including natural vitamin E and omega-3 essential fatty acids.
We also spoke about the amazing Aura-Soma colour therapy system, I first became aware of this when I had a treatment many years ago with a massage therapist who asked me to pick out a bottle from the 115 different coloured bottles on display, many were two tone, and it seemed impossible to choose at first, but choose I did, a deep blue with a turquoise top layer, the therapist explained this relates to communication – about right for me then!
The story behind the rich vibrant Aura-Soma colour therapy bottles is amazing, Vicky Wall was registered blind and she was trained in apothecary in 1979 and in 1983 and used her clairvoyance to ‘see’ and create some blends of essential oils and herbal extracts in water, when she died in 1983 Mike carried on her important work.
Mike believes that the oils really can be transformative, they sell in over 54 countries in the world especially in Japan and Germany and while you may be thinking they are only used by ‘cosmic’ enlightened therapists in fact increasingly these innovative products are used by management teams in big business too. Volkswagan use them for team building at their head offices. and report amazing results.
We’re thrilled that AEOS / Aura-Soma are part of the Janey Loves 2016 Platinum Awards.
