The top myths are:
- Periods are dirty.

- Periods are something to hide.
- People can tell when you’re on your period. FALSE
- Every woman gets PMS, and it always manifests as irritability and crankiness.
- Exercise while menstruating is unhealthy and can damage the uterus.
- Your period should last for exactly one week.
- Period Syncing with friends.
