As you may know I’m the current host of the Spotlight UK show on Hay House Radio and it’s brilliant to interview inspirational authors, if you were listening today we had a techy issue so it took a while to get our guest, former model Katie Wilcox on the line, but in the interim we had a nice off the cuff chat about living holistically and creating your own DIY skincare recipes.
I promised I’d upload a few here and of course there are masses more in my book ‘Look Great Naturally Without Ditching the Lipstick’.
Firstly I recommended using raw organic cold pressed coconut oil for just about anything, I love Tiana, its the purest, I’m not on commission! www.tiana-coconut.com

For the Choccy version..

Remember I said I am a huge fan of facial oils and essential oils (always check for contraindications).

Thanks to Marley and Monika who called in, lovely tips for Mango Butter (will def try!) and colour energy, on that note I highly recommend the therapeutic oils from Aura Soma, beautiful colours.
