Happy New Year (again!)  

In The Sober Club recently, we held a session on Setting your Intentions for 2022.  We spoke about gratitude, (perhaps write a heartfelt letter of gratitude to 21 to say thanks for what its given you)….and then use this guided audio meditation to help you to let go of what you no longer need.

We also looked at ditching the idea of resolutions and instead setting an intention, deciding what we want more of in our lives and why.
Whats your WOTY?  Choosing a Word for the year can be a great way to focus on what you want and need more of in your life.  Brainstorm some words that might be your focus, reduce your list down to 5, then 3, then choose just 1 word for you this year.
To get you started, our members came up with words such as…
Abundance, Persistence, Fitness, Peace, Surrender, Selfcare, Energy, Joy, Shine …..and many more.
Whats yours?
Once you have determined it, get creative and draw it, or write a poem or song, and its a great idea to create a vision board around your intention.
