Jing sources distinctive single garden teas from China, Japan, Taiwan, India and Sri Lanka, and tells the stories of the master producers who make them. They have recently created the first ever sparkling tea. It’s taken a few years of experimentation to get from hot tea to this delicately sparkling cold infused tea in a bottle. Tom and the team did it with a little help from a sommelier and a Michelin-starred chef and they have created a delicious celebratory drink with no sugar, no alcohol, that tastes great and is good for you.

JING Organic Yunnan Breakfast Tea


It’s rare to find a breakfast style tea from an organic single garden, but tea maker Yang Jian produces something very special high up in Yunnan’s lush, subtropical mountains. It perfectly combines the comfort and satisfaction of a rich black tea, with distinctive notes of honeyed malt, ripe berries, sweet spice and a standout milk chocolate finish.

JING Organic Dragon Well Supreme Tea


A supreme, organic example of one of China’s most famous teas picked in early spring 2021. Packed with distinct chestnut aromas and a light, floral, green-fresh taste.

From Yong’an Garden, Hangzhou, China, crafted by Tea Maker Shentang Wen, one of the most skilled pan-firing tea masters. He’s perfectly captured the balance of spring green and floral freshness with warm and distinct chestnut aromas. Close to Thousand Island Lake, his beautiful garden is surrounded by lush, green forest. Here, they use a very traditional and lesser known cultivar of the tea plant called Jiukeng, one of the earliest cultivars used to create Dragon Well tea. 

Being a supreme tea, it really does deliver on the classic Dragon Well flavours of intense green freshness, some umami, and the sweetness of something similar to hazel or roasted chestnuts.
