Matt Pepper is an author, speaker and natural health practitioner based in Marylebone, London. Matt has worked with musicians, artists, film directors, chief executives, nurses and students, who all have one thing in common; they want to make positive changes to their mindset and learn how to live a happy and healthy life.

Matt has over 20 years’ experience of what it takes to improve people’s states of mind and cast off their stresses to find their right direction. He is the author of ‘Happiness the Inside Job: The 7 Ways to Life-Changing Happiness’ which has been recommended by the band Coldplay, saying it is “Insightful and inspiring’ via their social media channels.

Matt lectures on happiness and wellbeing for medical teams at Great Ormond St Hospital, he also runs a private consultancy to motivate individuals, groups and organisations from all walks of life, and is the creator of Colgate’s European positivity and optimism campaign, “Our Smile Is Our Strength with Matt Pepper’



The Happiness Barometer Challenge

The Happiness Barometer Challenge is a digital video training programme for companies and organisations, designed to teach their teams exactly what they need to do to boost their mental health and fire up their own happiness.

Based on live training that Matt has developed and delivers to NHS staff and medical teams it gives teams the tools and the outlook, to bounce back from difficult times and find their way back to feeling good again.

Even those with robust mental health before the pandemic have been tested over the last year. Many employees are reporting feeling flat, anxious, or dealing with increased feelings of stress. A combination of new ways of working and huge home-life adjustments have meant we all need to find new ways to lift ourselves back up the Happiness Barometer. 

This training includes:

A valuable mental wellness toolkit – giving multiple ways to improve resilience and create a positive mindset.

12 modules – addressing different aspects for creating a more robust mental and emotional fitness.

Bite-size videos that can be watched on any device with a browser, e.g. a phone, tablet, laptop or computer, and fun and interactive exercises that can be watched anytime.

1 Year Licence – participants can return to any module, at any time, for a year, if they need a boost in a particular area.

Matt’s presenting style is relaxed, light-hearted, and friendly, and the content has been 20 years in the making.
