Sea Arch is the non-alcoholic alternative for gin lovers. Bursting with seaside botanicals, such as juniper for Gin lovers and sea kelp to evoke the Devon coastline, the combination gives an intense yet inviting depth of flavour, the botanicals are balanced and all natural making it a sophisticated grown-up, vegan friendly drink which has all the deliciousness of gin, but none of the alcohol or calories.
Sea Arch is inspired by the soul-restoring sea of the Southwest coast of England where founders Sarah & Geoff live. Sarah & Geoff owned a wine bar for four years. They noticed that customers began asking for more interesting alternatives to alcohol, and like many of their customers were becoming more health conscious, more discerning about what they wanted to eat and drink.
They began to look for non-alcoholic alternatives that weren’t sugary or full of additives and Sea Arch was created in their kitchen overlooking the sea! Geoff is a former award-winning pastry chef and has great experience and knowledge of combining flavours, blends, and distillation techniques and Sarah’s customer service focus and experience proved indispensable when developing their ideas for the presentation and feel of the brand.
Laminaria digita Sea Kelp grows like forests beneath the water. It helps to give Sea Arch a distinctive tang of the sea, the quintessential flavour of gin is, of course, provided by intense, dry, piney-tasting juniper berries, along with complex, spicy, herby cardamom which brings out citrus flavours, there’s also Angelica Root, a little bitter, a little herbal, with fresh, tasty and clean cucumber, sharp and sweet grapefruit, and finally deep flavoursome blood orange.
Each of the botanicals is individually distilled, then the alcohol is removed to leave behind pure, evocative flavour so you are left with the perfect refreshing alcohol-free gin (or at least, as close to alcohol-free as you can get). Sea Garden
A fresh and crisp non-alcoholic gin cocktail with cucumber and lime.
Ingredients
- 50ml Sea Arch
- Cucumber
- Premium tonic
- A couple of lime wedges
- Sprigs of fresh basil
Method
- Garnish a glass of ice with a ribbon of cucumber
- Add Sea Arch and top with premium tonic – for a super-refreshing taste, use Luscombe Cucumber tonic
- Top with a spring of basil
