We had a fabulous time at The Healthy Living Popup recently in Harrow London, it was our very first one in conjunction with the charity #Ifican who help those in crisis.  For our first event we were fortunate that Morrison’s  supermarket in Harrow offered us their lovely open space and we were also thrilled to have fabulous live music from Hannah’s Yard.  Hannah and James delighted the crowd with some great covers and her original songs, you can check out her music at www.hannahsyard.com

We were so grateful to our sponsors, without them we couldn’t have made it happen, first up it was great to have Westlab UK at the event, they have the best ‘Bathtime Rejuvenation’ products ever, in addition to their display of the Epsom salts, Himalayan salts and more, they generously provided a full size bag of Epsom salts for our goody bags, free to everyone who had signed up prior to the event. One visitor exclaimed, “Wow, I have a sore muscles, I desperately need some epsom salts, I was just about to buy some in the store! This is perfect!”

They have an excellent range at www.westlabuk.com

It was lovely to have a few local exhibitors at the event, thanks to Shambali who sell a great range of Tropic Skincare, and it was lovely to sample some of the high quality DoTERRA essential oils.from Dinara Sagidullaeva www.mydoterra.com/dinarasagidullaeva

There was some fun for the kids too, parenting coach and author Felicity Evans was on hand with some ‘happiness boxes’, jewels and paint, and the children passing by created a lovely little momento to take home. Felicity is the author of ‘The Handbook for 21st Century Mums and Dads – More Happiness Less Stress’ www.felicityevans.co.uk

It was great to see Incognito there too, I am a huge fan of their insect repellent products, new for this year is the excellent insect repellant sun cream and now a unique soap, theirs really are the ONLY insect repellents that work, and they are completely natural!  www.lessmosquito.com

We’d love to say a huge thanks to all who provided us with goodies for our goody bags, including Westlab, Morrisons, Incognito, and a big thanks to Yorktest Laboratories who supported us too, as I said in my talk, we often stress about allergic reactions but rarely get anything done about it, Yorktest have a state of the art laboratory and you do your own test at home, and often receive results within a few days of sending in your sample.  www.yorktestlaboratories.com  Here’s what one of their kits look like…

Our aim is to roll out the Healthy Living Popup wherever we can to help raise awareness of natural health and well-being and show people just what’s on offer in their locality. If you would like to host an event, and feel you may be able to attract some sponsorship and funding I would be happy to speak and provide marketing / promotional opportunities.
