Viridian Nutrition have been one of my favourite companies for as long as I remember, its hard to know where to start singing their praises but certainly their range of vitamins and minerals is unrivalled – and always available in independent health food stores as well as on-line. It can be overwhelming to know what to choose so Viridian really support independent health stores so that the managers and staff are knowledgeable about their products and can offer valuable advice. Some of my faves include the Viridikids range, with four children I find that essential! I’m a big fan of their Beauty Oil – it’s lighter than some oils so can be drizzled on salads or taken by the spoonful. I also love their new skincare, the Ultimate Beauty Organic Rose facial oil is luxurious and really hydrating for dry tired skin.
Viridian are a company with a big heart and to date the Viridian Nutrition Charity Donation programme has donated £145,000 to charities , they’re sustainable too, produced in the UK and they use minimum packaging made from recycled or recyclable materials, They also offer a 25p refund for bottles returned to the health store where purchased.
