Join us for another free event on Monday evening June 17th in London.
If you’ve decided to cut down or quit drinking or you are just ‘sober curious’ we run an event for you ‘Self Care for the Sober Curious’ is a free event in London hosted by the charity My Yard, there will be alcohol free drinks and vegan nibbles, and we’d love you to join us for this next one!
It’s Monday 17th June
STOP PRESS! We have just added to the bill the amazing Neil Greenwood of Morning Gloryville fame, iif you don’t know about their amazing work check it out. They love yoga and wellness, and have developed from a dance party into a space that nourishes the union of mind, body and spirit. Neil says
‘We love to create immersive playful experiences that take people on an enlightening journey’
We also have Jo De Rosa is a yoga and meditation teacher, author of Quantum Sobriety and she runs incredible ‘rehab’ retreats in Suffolk. She is literally free from addictions despite having been an alcohol and cocaine addict and she is super inspirational and passionate about changing the conversation around alcohol in the UK.
We thought that as we focus on self-care we would offer some ‘taster’ treatments, so if you can come early (6pm) we will have sound healing, reiki and possibly more treatments if we can find more willing therapists! The main evening will start at 7pm.
As always tickets are free, but do please book in advance. Please tell your friends, we are doing this till July as this was always our intention (Stay dry till July) but if there is support we may continue. Please feel free to share your feedback.
Follow me on instagram @janeyleegrace and the charity @myyard.org.uk to find out about the next one.
See you there, if you have any questions let us know!
