I am championing a #selfcareinsobriety January Insta competition @janeyleegrace @myyard.org.uk

Every day through Jan there will be an opportunity to win a prize that we are selecting from brands to assist you in some way to stay dry, not just for January but beyond…at least until Dry July….we reckon if you make it that far, you will have successfully changed your relationship with alcohol and probably won’t want to look back!

We will be giving away self-care prizes such as …

What to drink?

Read my blog post about Wise Bartender here>> There’s a huge range of alcohol-free drinks in their online store and they also run a pop up bar. Started in September 2017, they specialise in drinks that are below 0.5% ABV. They have over 90 different drink varieties including beers, ciders, wines, spirits, craft sodas and even Prosecco and a GnT! Sourced from across Europe including some from the UK. They specialise in presenting the qualities of each drink, highlighting drinks that are gluten free, vegan friendly, isotonic and ones that are enriched with vitamins. Check out their pop-up bar in this video:

Put the date in your diary, I’m going to be hosting the motivational stage at The Mindful Drinking Festival. I am going to be presenting and interviewing some awesome people on the weekend of Jan 12 /13. It’s a great opportunity to taste the new wave of alcohol-free and low alcohol drinks now available, including beers, spirits, and a host of drinks invented by radical alchemists – kombuchas, shrubs and elixirs.

London is at the forefront of the mindful drinking revolution. 1.5 million Londoners are already cutting down on their drinking and half a million have gone alcohol-free, plus, many new drink producers are London based, such as Nirvana, the UK’s first alcohol-free brewery. The festival is expected to attract over 10,000 fans, from the sober curious and parents-to-be, to foodies and fitness fanatics.

Come along to this FREE festival, in association with Adnams, to sample (and stockpile) some incredible beverage wizardry from forward-thinking mixologists, venues and drinks producers – and to hear celebs and bloggers share their experiences of Mindful Drinking. This is the perfect event for the booze-free crowds, moderate drinkers, sober curious, parents-to-be, fitness fanatics, and Dry January-ers.  Club Soda Mindful Drinking Festival

You don’t have to be doing a dry January to come along, you may just want to swap out a few alcoholic drinks for something a bit healthier. So, whether you’re going sugar-free, on a fitness regime, drinking more mindfully, or going alcohol-free, we think you will find something to hit the spot.

So see you over on Instagram! Happy New Year and watch this space for inspiration, tips and motivation, and an announcement of our launch event at the end of January.
